In a world where enterprises are becoming AI-native and operating at machine speed, enterprise architecture must evolve from static documentation to real-time execution. The IBQMI LEAN ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT® (IBQMI LEA™) Program establishes the AI-Native EA Standard—an AI-first enterprise architecture framework designed for future companies that must adapt continuously while staying audit-ready.
IBQMI LEA™ is built for architects tired of committees and document cycles. It brings architecture into execution by encoding intent as enforceable policy, automating governance end-to-end, and enabling measurable decisions in real time—so EA stops writing and starts running.
What Makes the IBQMI LEA™ Program Unique?
AI-first, execution-driven enterprise architecture.
IBQMI LEA™ is designed for organizations that cannot afford governance latency. It focuses on turning architecture into operational controls that run with delivery, not behind it.
Real-time architecture + continuous compliance.
Instead of periodic reviews and manual audits, IBQMI LEA™ emphasizes continuous validation and audit-ready evidence generation as part of normal operations.
Policy as code—audit-ready by design.
Governance is encoded, versioned, enforced, and evidenced through implementation mechanisms that support speed, resilience, and accountability at scale.
Important: Book Required + Open-Book Exam Policy
The IBQMI LEA™ program includes a very large body of training material (approximately 2,200 pages). For that reason:
Students MUST have the official IBQMI LEA™ book available.
The certification exam is open-book, and candidates are allowed to look up content within the book during the exam.
Without the book, most candidates will not be able to complete the exam successfully.
