Tell us about your organization and the trainers you would like to register. After submitting, you will be redirected to the secure Stripe checkout to complete your Monthly Flex Plan enrollment.

What happens next

Submit your application and complete payment via Stripe.
E-mail your business proof (Articles of Incorporation or evidence of your corporate entity) to info@ibqmi.org.
A Quality Reviewer will be assigned to assess your organization.
After passing the QA audit you receive your invoice and your IBQMI ATP® login credentials — including student enrollment discounts, event publishing, and training materials.
