Capability scope
The credential concerns how project work is executed and improved through lean principles rather than adherence to one software tool or industry-specific delivery method. Professional capability includes connecting project activity to value, identifying waste, managing flow and using feedback to adapt execution.
Relationship to flow management
Lean Project Execution has a navigational connection to Kanban Flow Management because flow-management concepts can be relevant to project execution. That navigation does not make Kanban a mandatory prerequisite or redefine the credential as a Kanban credential.
Credential and project outcomes
The credential validates individual capability. It does not guarantee that every project led by the holder will meet cost, time or outcome targets.
Institutional context
The credential belongs to the IBQMI® certification model and can be checked through IBQMI® credential verification. The professional system is maintained by IBQMI®.
