Combined capability
The credential combines substantive quality-management capability with the ability to enable learning, adoption and organizational application. The trainer role is therefore broader than knowledge transmission alone.
Relationship to TQM Practitioner
The IBQMI TQM Practitioner credential validates Total Quality Management and is connected to the Trainer credential in the professional pathway. The two credentials remain distinct.
Organizational Quality Enablement
Organizational Quality Enablement concerns the structures, capabilities and practices that operationalize Total Quality Management. The Trainer credential validates professional capability in this enablement layer in addition to Total Quality Management.
Credential and implementation
The credential validates individual capability. It does not independently prove that an organization has implemented Total Quality Management successfully or achieved a particular quality outcome.
Institutional context
The credential belongs to the IBQMI® certification model and can be checked through IBQMI® credential verification. The professional system is maintained by IBQMI®.
What the credential does not mean
It is not organizational accreditation, a guarantee of training outcomes or automatic authority over another organization's quality system.
